Wowzers.  I'm glad I don't have to deal with United States copyright after reading through this nightmare.  It's an article about the copyright status of Lovecraft's works. Over here in the UK its just authors death + 70 years, nice and simple.

Here's a transcript from Howard Lovecraft's note book! He actually made everyday notes in this book about stories might write and annotations for existing stories.  It's a facsinating insight.

Here's a great idea will implemented, a T-Shirt of Lovecraft suggesting turning into a fish.

Steampunk Lovecraft

Another sign that Lovecraftianism is taking over the world.  The book review linked to here is for a steampunk novel that while not Lovecraftian, does feature a city state named after Mr H.P.  An odd choice perhaps but I'm going to keep my eye open for it.

Lovecraft Anthology Vol1 review

Lemming31 has given a bad review to "The Lovecraft Anthology Vol 1".  It's a short sharp review, but the points made, if true, make for a disapointing presentation of the great mans work in graphic form

Lovecraft vs Blackwood

I've just read a cool comparison between H.P. Lovecraft and Algernon Blackwood.  The author of the article loves both authors and draws some interesting comparisons.  I admit to being a huge fan of both myself (having narrated audiobooks by both authors!)

Lovecraft art in progress...

This art in progress on the deviant art web site is based on Lovecraft himself.  In its current state it's rather stark, I wonder if the final mood will be the same.
